Cozumel Pool Fun

We spent a considerable amount of time hanging around the pool during the day (at least those of us that weren't diving did, and the divers rapidly congregated here too upon their return) as this was the place the kids wanted to spend their time.

With her "floaty", Laura was able to get around just fine, even in the deep end. That masked man in the background is my sun with his fancy new swimming goggles on.

She did occasionally get a shot of water up the nose, but it was no great consequence.

These two are not adverse to ganging up on an unsuspecting friend!

Of course there can be retaliation!

Oh oh! He's decided he likes it!

Someone feels left out...

But she gets to play too!

Laura's still learning to swim...

Eventually, she found a another beautiful princess named Sophia. Here is Sophia with her mother Aneke.

The two little girls love swimming to their moms...

Sophia and Laura took turns diving in to their respective mothers. Sophia is a very good swimmer even though she's only about 6 months older than Laura.

Laura made quite a bit of progress on her swimming while there. Not only did she work on her own, but she also trained alongside Sophia, which gave her tremendous confidence.

So this is how Sophia and Laura got to be fast friends! Laura even got invited to visit Sophia's house, where she played with all of Sophia's interesting toys.

Bobby also found a friend, whose name is Peter. Peter is from Manhattan, and like Bobby, he is a Pokemon expert.

It's hard to keep a bigger brother in line...

Sometimes its even hard for Mom to maintain control! She's keeping a spare gun down by her left side in case the right one isn't good enough...

Bobby was the most eligible batchelor in this age group. Lucky stiff!
